Both are the same age, 4. I pulled some flower weeds out and one/both of them decided to make the cars ‘pretty’. Not sure which one is the culprit, as I was busy talking to my brother-in-law. Major points for creativity on their behalf though. :)

I actually drove around with the flowers in the door handle. Then I got upset when they disappeared. I thought the whole thing was really funny. :)

My son decided he’d make my wife’s car pretty ... by drawing on it ... with a rock

I few hours of buffing took them down quite a bit. If you look at it in the light up close they are visible but if you don’t get too close you won’t even notice them. A slightly more aggressive compound and some more buffing and they’d be gone, but my wife don’t care so I don’t care.

Yeah, that kid has no career in being an artist. Unless it’s abstract, then he’s perfect.

Yep. Yesterday on the way to church, my daughter decided to go on and on about wanting a diamond ring. Said her Sunday school teacher, aka the pastor’s wife, gave her the idea. I asked the pastor’s wife about it, she was really surprised and confused. My kid also said I need to buy it for her. I straight up told that it’s her future husbands job, not mine.

To feed the adorableness of my kid, I bought her a cubic zirconium ring the same day. She freak out and was super excited, kept telling me thank you.

He’s gotten much better. Rock on automotive paint is just not his medium.

When my daughter was younger, we had issues with her writing in the wall. To combat this, I bought her a whiteboard and hung it on the wall for her to use. She still wrote on the wall, but I got on her case big time until she stopped. “Are you serious right now kid? I gave you something to draw on, use it! There’s no need for you to draw on the wall.”

The running joke here is that it’s never dull at the house. Not with a stubborn four year old, a 10 month old who consistently gets into things he shouldn’t (with a smile on his face never the less ), a loud small dog, and a cat who will sing you the song of her people. I love them all, but it’s like a test of patience, lol.
